VTG7 Scale Point 18- 21 starting salary £19,317 per annum, pro rata (actual starting salary £16,967 per annum) + Health Cash Plan and Benefit package

Venturers Trust is an emerging Multi Academy Trust based in Bristol formed through the merger of CGS Trust and Merchants’ Academy Trust in September 2017. Comprising Primary, Secondary, all-age schools and a Special school the Trust has 3,200 pupils and 700 staff.

We are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant at Bannerman Road Community Academy to start as soon as possible.

As an Administration Assistant, you will work closely with Leadership Team, teachers and parents. The role will involve providing administrative support to both support and teaching staff in all aspects of student attendance, attainment, inclusion and behaviour.

Candidates for this post must have:

· Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

· A GCSE grade of C or higher in English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualification)

· Clear communication skills – oral and written

· High standards and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Excellent IT skills and a willingness to undertake training where required

· Experience of working within a similar role

· Flexibility to cope with diverse needs of the post

The ideal candidate will also have experience of working within an education setting ideally having knowledge of SIMS administration.
