Complaints & Concerns
If you are unhappy or have concerns about the academy or a person associated with the academy then you may wish to make a complaint, in the first instance complaints should be addressed in confidence to Ms Lynsey Prewett (Principal).
If your complaint is about the Principal then contact the chair of Governors, Robert Bourns (robert.bourns@venturerstrust.org) or in writing via the Academy office in a sealed envelope marked "Chair of Governors - Private and Confidential"

A paper copy can also be provided to you from the academy office.
