2020-2021 Highlights

Term 1

The children have settled in well in Oak and Chestnut classes.

This term, we have spent time getting to know each other and how to use the school environment.

The children have developed their skills in making friends and working together. They have enjoyed their outside learning and have been given lots of opportunities to develop their creative skills both inside and outside of the classroom.

 

They have been developing their speaking and listening skills and have learnt some songs – they really enjoyed singing about The Gingerbread Man and Goldilocks. Some of our learning has come from the story “Goldilocks and the Three Bears”. The children are becoming increasingly confident in being able to order objects by size. They have also been introduced to Mini Yo and have been enjoying practising their yoga poses whilst engaging with stories.
